To list your event in this calendar, please send information in the following format. If your event is open and free to everyone, the listing is free. If there is an admission or registration fee (or "suggested donation"), your listing must be sent with a check or money order in U.S. currency for $10 per entry to help offset expenses.

Free listings may be sent by e-mail (subject: "calendar") to printalliance@mindspring.com.

Include the following:

• Dates and times.
• Name of event.
• Place (address, city and state/province).
• Fees (any and all fees — required!).
• 50 word description.
• Name of the sponsor.
• Contact telephone number for people to check that the event is happening on schedule.
  
• Do not include advertising for any other event, product, company, workshop, etc. — it will be edited out.
